What To Do Today?

So...today is Brad's day on shift and I am just sitting here relaxing.  I'm debating about what to do today.  I don't really have plans, but then again I don't really want to stay at home all day.  However, it is CRAZY hot outside, so that's no fun either, especially when you lug a baby around.  These are the days that I usually go to Target for some random thing, like formula, diapers, etc.  Since I'm stocked up on all those, I'm at a loss.  At times like these I wish we already lived out in Providence because then I could go swimming...woohoo!!  But...we don't...boo!! :(

On a random note, we showed our house last night, so  Brad and I hung out at my parents house.  We come home at 6:30, which was the end time for the showing.  Abi was getting fussy and ready to eat, so we put her in the high chair and the doorbell rings.  Wouldn't you know it's the realtor that was supposed to come from 5:30-6:30.  He apologized for being late and asked if he could still show the house, and of course we agreed.  The funny part was the couple that was with him looked really familiar.  The husband was the interim principal at the school I worked at last year when the principal was sick the first year the school opened.  It was so funny that I knew who the person was looking at our house.  We are just praying that it sells quickly!

I’m Finally Joining the Club

So I thought I would finally join the club of bloggers.  However, I'm not too sure how this will work out.  I'm not the best with journaling or anything like that, so this should be interesting.  Since I'm staying home next year, I figure I will have some time that I can blog about my exciting life!  I am just learning how to do all of this stuff, so I'm trying to find a cute blog background.  I really want to get something cute that I don't have to pay for.  So for right now, this default stuff will just have to work until I can figure out how to work everything.

Well now I at least have 1 blog under my belt.
